People who have heartburn problems should stay away from foods that are deep fried because the excess amount of oils can affect the acid balance in your body, spicy foods and pickles should also be avoided along with onions, garlic, radishes, cabbage, and pepper. You should also always eat your meals on time and not snack sporadically throughout the day.
It is well known that fruits and vegetables are efficient heartburn remedies. Eating more of them will reduce your heartburn condition and your body will also become healthier through the larger intake of vitamins. You should not substitute vitamin pills for fruits and vegetables but instead use both of them as sources of nutrition. However, you should stay away from unripe vegetable and fruits because they can actually result in heartburn. Better nutrition intake on a daily basis will lead to less heartburn for years to come.
